氦-氖激光治疗复治肺结核的疗效观察

Effects of Helium-neon laser on patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis

目的为了提高复治肺结核的疗效。方法对40例复治肺结核,在化学治疗基础上进行氦氖激光散焦照射和双肺俞穴照射,每次各照射10 min,每天1次,连续照射2周,休息1周,共3个疗程。同期选取40例复治肺结核为对照组,单纯化学治疗,将两组临床症状改善时间、痰菌阴转率及病灶吸收率进行比较,探讨氦氖激光治疗复治肺结核的效果。结果治疗组临床症状改善时间短于对照组,治疗2、3月后痰菌阳性阴转率、治疗3月后病灶吸收有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光照射,能够改善患者症状,加快痰菌阴转,促进病灶吸收。

Objective To improve the effects of patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis. Methoods Based on the chem- otherapy, the treatment group of 40 eases with eeurrent pulmonary tuberculosis was exposured in He-ne laser 10 minutes every day, contin- uous radiation 2 weeks, then rest 1 week. At the same time, 40 eases of the control group were given purely chemical treatment. Then the time of symptoms improvement, rate of sputum conversion and focus absorption were compared. Result The time of symptoms improve- ment in treatment group was shorter, rate of sputum conversion after 2, 3 months treatment and focus absorption after 3 months treatment were better than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion He-he laser can ameliorate symptom, accelerate sputum conversion and promote lesions absorption.
