肺结核短程化疗加服肺泰胶囊疗效观察

Observation of short-course chemotherapy plus Feitai capsule curative effect on pulmonary tuberculosis

目的为提高肺结核短程化疗的疗效,加服肺泰胶囊。方法选取我县结防门诊涂阳肺结核病人110例,全部给予短程化疗,其中52例为实验组,加服肺泰胶囊三个月。两组性别、年龄、病变、痰菌无统计学差异。结果实验组52例,2月末痰菌阴转50例(96.2%),对照组58例,阴转49例(84.48%),6月末实验组病灶明显吸收40例(明显吸收好转率76.92%)对照组明显吸收33例(占56.89%)统计有差异,停药后5年随访,实验组52例2例意外死亡,1例复发(复发率2%),对照组58人,5年内停药后复发5例(复发率8.62%)。结论实验组短程化疗痰菌阴转及病变吸收优于对照组复发率,并低于实验组。

Objective To improve the efficacy of short-course chemotherapy on pulmonary tuberculosis by taking Feitai capsule additionally. Method 110 patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected and all received short-course chemotherapy, and 52 cases as the experimental group took Feitai capsule additionally for three months. The gender, age, lesion and sputum germ had no significant differences between the two groups. Results In the experimental group of 52 cases, the rate of sputum germ conversion to neg- ative was 96.2% （50 cases） at the end of the second month, and for the control group of 58 cases, the rate was 84.48% （49 cases）. It showed significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At the end of six months, 40 cases of the lesions were obviously ab- serbbed （76.92%）, while the control group of 33 eases （56.89%）. It also showed significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 O. 05 ）. In a 5-year follow-up after drug discontinuance, 2 cases died accidentally and 1 case recurred （ recurrence rate ： 2% ） in the ex- perimental group, whereas 5 cases in the control group （ recurrence rate ： 8.62% ） with significant group difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclu- sion The efficacy of short-course chemotherapy tuberculosis plus taking Feitai capsule additionally on pulmonary tuberculosis in the ex- perimental group is better than that in the control group.
