Th17细胞与激素抵抗型哮喘 被引量:1

摘要 糖皮质激素是临床治疗支气管哮喘(简称哮喘,asthma)十分有效的药物,尤其与长效β2受体激动剂合用是目前治疗哮喘的有效方案。大多数哮喘患者经过正规治疗均能使临床症状明显缓解和肺功能得到显著改善。但有一部分患者即使长期或大剂量给予激素治疗,其疗效也不理想,此为激素抵抗型哮喘(SRA)。SRA患者的病理生理过程用传统的Th1/Th2失衡理论不能完全解释,这提示我们是否存在其他T辅助淋巴细胞参与SRA患者气道炎症反应的可能。
