朗格汉斯组织细胞增多症误诊为抑郁症1例报告

摘要
患者男，23岁。因情绪紧张焦虑伴多饮多尿2余年，活动后心累气紧1余年，加重伴咳嗽1余月入院。患者2余年前不明原因出现主要表现为情绪紧张、易焦虑，不爱说话和交际，伴多饮多尿，于四川大学华西医院精神科诊断“抑郁症”，给予怡诺思75mgqn抗抑郁治疗，上述症状无明显缓解；1余年前不明原因出现活动后心累气紧，未予诊治；1余月前出现心累气紧加重伴咳嗽（主要表现为干咳），遂入我科就诊。入院查体示：生命体征平稳。双肺底可闻及少量湿哕音。
