Practice and realization of the general practitioners standardized training base construction of the regional general hospital

闸北区中心医院创新工作机制,将全科医师规范化培训全部纳入住院医师规范化培训范畴,通过整合资源、招贤纳才、完善制度、加强管理、科学培养等培训了一批优秀的全科人才,初步摸索出一套行之有效的全科医师培训方法。

Zhabei district central hospital has created a new working mechanism which brings the general practitioner standardized training into the scope of the resident physician standardized training, so that a group of outstanding general practitioners have been trained through integrating resources, recruiting and employing the capable people, improving system, strengthening management and scientifically training. A set of effective training methods have been explored initially for the general practitioners.
