GI饮食标尺在社区糖尿病管理中的应用及疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过对社区糖尿病患者进行"GI饮食标尺"相关的健康教育,探索社区糖尿病营养干预的有效模式。方法:随机抽取大宁社区2型糖尿病患者120人,分为对照组、干预组各60名。根据"食物血糖指数"自制"GI饮食标尺",对干预组患者进行为期1年的相关健康教育,比较两组患者血糖控制的效果。结果:干预后,干预组空腹血糖平均为7.22mmol/L,对照组为8.08mmol/L;干预组糖化血红蛋白平均为7.32%,对照组为7.90%;干预组餐后2h血糖平均为8.15mmol/L,对照组为9.55mmol/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:利用"GI饮食标尺"指导糖尿病患者控制饮食,简便易用,能有效提高患者的糖尿病防治知识知晓率,并能提高血糖的控制率。 Objective: To explore the effective model of the community diabetes nutritional intervention by conducting the health education to the community diabetes patients with GI diet ruler. Method: One hundred and twenty type 2 diabetes patients in Darting community were randomly selected and divided into the control group and intervention group. The GI diet ruler was made themselves according to the the glycemic index. The patients in the intervention group were educated for health for one year. The efficacy of the blood glucose of two groups was compared. Result: After intervention, the fasting glucose averaged 7.22 mmol/L in the intervention group and 8.08 mmol/L in the control group. An average of glycosylated hemoglobin was 7.32% in the intervention group and 7.90% in the control group. Two hour blood sugar was 8.15 mmol/L in the intervention group and 9.55 mmol/L in the control group. The comparative difference of two groups has statistic significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Using GI diet ruler to guide the diabetes patients to control their food is simple and easy, which can effectively enhance the patients diabetes prevention knowledge awareness and blood sugar control rate.
