汽车落水槽塑件顺序注射分析

摘要 简要介绍了顺序注射技术在大型汽车落水槽塑件中的应用及给塑件质量带来的影响。并通过对同时注射和顺序注射进行了CAE比较试验,得到了如温度、压力、熔接痕等一系列数据等。通过比较试验发现顺序注射系统能有效地提高大型扁平塑件的产品质量并节省成本。 The application of sequence injection in large-scale car air inlet grille plastic part and its influence on plastic parts quality were described. The CAE comparative experimentations between the simultaneous injection and sequence injection were processed and a series of the data such as weld mask, temperature and pressure were gained. The results of the comparative experiments show that the sequence injection can raise the quality of large-scale fiat palstic part effectively with lower cost.
