摘要
针对软性磨粒流加工方法的特点提出了约束模块的设计目标、设计方法。以最简单的约束模块结构为研究对象,利用Realizableκ-ε湍流模型和Mixture两相流模型对流道内流场进行仿真,并通过试验进行对比。突起结构约束模块可以有效增强突起结构对应区域流速和动压力,试验工件表面在突起结构对应区域光洁度得到明显提高。
Based on characteristic of soft abrasive flow machining method, design target and design method of restrain component were proposed. Taking the simplest restrain component structure as study object, the paper used Realizable k-ε model and Mixture two-phase flow model to simulate flow field in restrained flow passage, and compared with experimental results. The results show that flow velocity and dynamic pressure are enhanced by jut of restrain component in correspondent flow passage, and the smoothness of workpiece surface correspond to jut of restrain component was increased obviously.
