摘要
在金属板料三点渐进无模成形的基本原理基础上,设计制造了适用于三点渐进无模成形方法实验研究的实验装置,包括机械结构设计、运动及动力传递控制设计等。利用该装置试制了盘形工件,并与理论成形进行比较分析,研究结果表明:该实验装置可以实现三点渐进无模成形,从而验证了该实验装置的可行性,为以后的实验研究提供一个良好的平台。
Based on the principle of digital three point incremental forming of sheet metal, an experimental equipment was designed to research three point incremental forming, which included the design of mechanical structure, the design of transfer control of motion and dynamic etc. A disk workpiece was trial-produced by this equipment, then it was compared with theory model. The research shows that this equipment can realize three point incremental forming of sheet metal, thus proves the feasibility of this equipment. Experimental equipment provides a good platform for further study of the three point incremental forming.
