摘要
对现有国内普遍使用的单螺杆挤压机中的长螺杆进行改进研究,提出一种带有交变螺距的螺杆组件结构,改进后的单螺杆挤压机省去了原来利用电能加热的装置,达到节约能源、方便生产,用此机组生产出的挤压膨化食品膨化效果优于未改进前,每小时的班产量是未改进前的3倍。
Researching on the long-screw of widespread used single screw extruder domestic market, the paper proposed a structure of new screw components with changing pitch, the process eliminates the need of electricity heating device for the original use to conserve energy, and facilitate production. The product quality of extrusion expanded food is better than before, the output per hour is increased twice.
