摘要
目的探讨树鼠句对TTV的易感性。方法通过股静脉将TTV接种于树鼠句并设对照组。用PCR技术检测血清及肝组织中TTV_DNA ,并用全自动分析仪进行DNA序列分析。结果在4只接种了TTV的树鼠句中 ,2只(50 %)血清ALT异常升高 ,肝组织有炎症表现 ,同时血清及肝组织均检出TTV -DNA ,这些检出物的序列与接种物TTV完全一致。结论树鼠句对TTV是敏感的,有望建成TTV感染的树鼠句动物模型。
Objective To investigate the susceptibility of tree shrew to TT_virus (TTV) infection. Method Tree shrews were intravenously inoculated with TT_virus and control was also established with normal human serum injection. By PCR,the serum and liver tissue samples were examined for the presence of TTV DNA.Results In two of four animals inoculated with TTV, not only ALT elevation and inflammatory change were observed in their serum and liver, but also the sequence of TTVDNA in tree shrews was completely the same as that in the innoculum used in this study. Conclusion Tree shrew is susceptible to TTV. [
