摘要
现场测量了城市轨道交通钢轨表面光带异常波动区段的轮对和钢轨动态横移情况。对测试结果进行分析发现:轮对在运行中横移方向有明显变化,钢轨在轮对作用下横移方向由向线路内侧变为向线路外侧,且受同一转向架前、后轮对的影响发生动态扭转,其动态状态与钢轨表面光带趋势吻合。根据分析结果,提出光带异常波动处的轨道养护管理建议。
The dynamic transverse displacement of wheel- set and track rail are measured during the train running on abnormal rail running surface. The results show that the di- rection of transverse displacement of wheel-set has obviously changed when the wheel-set passes the test site. Influ- enced by the wheel dynamics, the direction of transverse displacement of rail changes from the center-orientation to the outside of the track. The dynamic torsion occurs on the rail affected by the front and rear wheel-sets in the same bogie, this dynamic trend coincides with the abnormal run-ning surface on track top. According to this the research, suggestions on track maintenance are presented.
