摘要 介绍了自行研制的轴系扭转振动测试系统所采用的信号处理方案。对所提取的某柴油机发电机组轴系的扭振时域信号,采用多种信号处理方法对扭振信号进行频域分析及其精度比较,确定了理想的扭振信号频率和幅值校正方法,并获得了测试对象的轴系扭振的共振转速为1200 r/min,相应的最大共振扭角为0.14°。试验结果表明,采用所确定的校正方法能得到精确的频率谱,进而确定共振临界点,使扭振的高精度快速测试与实时诊断成为可能。 The optimum signal processing method based on a shaft torsion-vibration diagnosis system is proposed.A variety of signal processing methods were used to analyze the vibration signal in frequency domain extracted from a diesel engine generator set.By comparison of the accuracy of the results,the optimum frequency and magnitude correction methods for torsion-vibration were determined,and the resonant rotational speed of 1200r/min and its torsional anger of 0.14° were gained.The experiments show that the spectrums can be pinpointed in high accuracy by the optimum correc-tion methods,and thus determine the resonant point and make the high-accuracy rapid measurement and real-time diagno-sis in torsional vibration analysis possible.
