实践育人是高校人才培养的重要环节,是学生获取、掌握知识的重要途径。重理论轻实践、重知识传授轻能力培养的教育观念使得实践育人成为人才培养的薄弱环节,以新余学院为例,对实践育人的体系进行了归纳和思考。

Training talents through practice is an important link of college education.It is also an important approach through which students acquire and master knowledge.The traditional education lays emphasis on theory while neglecting practice and teaching knowledge while neglecting training ability,which is the weak link in the talent training.This paper,taking Xinyu University for example,reflects on the system of training talents through practice.
