摘要
近年来,班杜拉的自我效能感理论普遍应用于教育、职业选择、组织管理等领域中,该理论的核心是克服了传统心理学的一些弊端,结合人的自我感知来研究人的动机,具有极大的科学价值和现实意义。从自我效能感的信息源着手,通过以住的成败经验、他人的示范效应、社会劝说、情绪状况和生理唤起这四种不同的信息源,有效地指导大学生就业择业,旨在帮助大学生培养职业自我效能感,树立正确的就业观,从而实现人职和谐。
In recent years,Bandura's self-efficacy theory is commonly used in education,career choice,organization and management field,whose core is to overcome some shortcomings of traditional psychology.It is of great scientific value and practical significance to study human motivation according to the human self-perception.This paper,proceeding from the source of information for self-efficacy,i.e,the success experience,the demonstration effect of others,social persuasion,emotional state and physiological evocation,effectively guides students to choose careers for the purpose of helping students develop professional self-efficacy and setting up a correct outlook on employment,in order to achieve harmony of person and vocation.
