摘要
着重介绍了熔硫装置中快速熔硫槽搅拌桨应用情况,分析了熔硫能力下降的原因,重点阐述了通过优化快速熔硫槽搅拌浆结构设计,改善了设备的运行状况,延长了装置的停产检修时间间隔,较大地提高了快速熔硫槽的熔硫能力。
The application of agitating impeller in the rapid sulphur melting tank of a sulphur melting unit is highlighted,the cause for decrease of sulphur melting capacity is analyzed,and the optimized design for the construction of the agitating impeller in the rapid sulphur melting tank is highlighted,which has improved the operating condition of the equipment,extended the cycle for shutdown maintenance of the plant,and greatly increased the sulphur melting capacity of the rapid sulphur melting tank.
