摘要
针对氟硅酸钠生产中收率偏低分析其化学反应的影响因素,并采取调整生产中的盐水过量系数和母液循环回收利用等多种改进措施,实现了氟硅酸钠生产装置产品收率的较大提升,由改进前的73%提高到改进后的81%,大大的提高了磷肥副产氟资源的回收利用率。
For the low yield in sodium fluosilicate production,the influencing factors for its chemical reaction are analyzed,and multiple improvement measures are taken including the adjustment of excess coefficient of salt water in the production,and recycle of mother liquor,which has significantly increased the product yield in the sodium fluosilicate production plant,from 73% before to 81% after,and greatly increased the recycle rate of by-product fluorine resource from phosphate fertilizer.
