柠檬酸-氟化氢铵浸出铁矿尾渣中钴的工艺研究

摘要 研究了柠檬酸-氟化氢铵浸出铁矿尾渣中钴的工艺条件。正交试验结果表明,对钴浸出率影响最大的因素是反应温度,其次是反应时间和氟化氢铵浓度,最后是柠檬酸浓度。反应温度、氟化氢铵浓度的提高均有助于钴浸出率的提高。进一步的最佳浸出条件确定试验表明,当浸出温度为100℃、柠檬酸浓度为20g/L、氟化氢铵浓度为40g/L、浸出时间为4.0h时,钴的浸出率达到90.61%。 Technical conditions were studied for cobalt leaching from iron ore tailings in citric acid-ammoni- um bifluoride system. The results of orthogonal experiments show that reaction temperature is the primary influencing factor of cobalt leaching rate, reaction time and ammonium bifluoride concentration are second- ary,and citric acid concentration is the last one. The more reaction time and ammonium bifluoride concen- tration, the higher cobalt leaching rate. The results of the further experiment to determine the optimal con- ditions show that cobalt leaching rate can reach 90.61% with 100 ℃ reaction temperature, 20 g/L citric acid concentration,40 g/L ammonium bifluoride concentration and 4.0 h reaction time.
