摘要
针对常规热材轧制钼板材存在内部组织不够致密、塑性性能不高等问题,从轧制成形质量分析与控制着手,研究了影响钼板材塑性的主要原因及控制方法,对现有的热轧工艺进行了分析,提出了改进方案并进行了对比试验。结果表明,通过改进热轧工艺,可使钼板材的组织致密性和塑性性能均得到明显改善。
The internal structure is not dense enough and the plastic performance is low for the conventional hot rolling molybdenum plate. Therefore, the main influencing factors and control methods of the plastic performance of molybdenum plate were studied based on the rolling forming quality analysis and control. The current hot rolling process was analyzed, and improvement program was put forward and then a con- trast test was carried out. The results show that both the density and plastic performance of molybdenum plate can be obviously improved by improving hot rolling process.
