摘要 开展了由高分子聚合物和各类表面活性剂复配而成的水溶性防结块剂对不同类型复肥的防结块效果研究,同时对不同类型的防结块剂在复肥颗粒表面所起的作用进行了探讨。结果表明:A型防结块剂含固质量分数为25%时,因其成膜速度快、膜强度高,用于高塔造粒复肥时,表面可形成明显的疏水层,防结块效果显著;B型防结块剂含固质量分数为45%时,用于团粒复肥效果较好,可使结块率降至10%以下。 The anticaking effects of water-soluble agents, which are remixed by high polymer and various surfactants, on different types of compound fertilizers are studied in this article. The effect of different types of anticaking agents on the grace surface of compound fertilizers is also discussed. The results showed that type A anticaking agent with solid content mass fraction of 25% had remarkable effect on anticaking for tower prilling compound fertilizers because of its high speed of film forming, high strength of film and significant hydrophobic layer formed on surface; type B anticaking agent with solid content mass fraction of 45% had considerable effect on anticaking for granulation compound fertilizers in which the caking rate could be reduced to less than 10%.
