摘要
尿素装置蒸发系统打循环不仅影响尿素产品质量,而且增加装置综合能耗。针对蒸发系统打循环的原因,采取了对一分分离器液位调节阀(L3阀)维护保养、二段分解加热器进行化学清洗、改进喷头过滤器等措施,蒸发系统打循环次数明显减少,尿素成品优质品率达99.72%。
Circulation in the evaporation system of the urea unit not only affects the quality of the urea product but also increases the comprehensive energy consumption. In view of the causes for circulation in the evaporation system, the liquid level control valve ( L3 valve) of the first separator is kept in good repair, the second-stage decomposer heater undergoes chemical cleaning, and the nozzle filter is improved, so the circulation cycles are remarkably decreased in the evaporation system, and 99.72% of the urea product is of superior quality.
