摘要
介绍了垂直筛板型尿素工艺冷凝液深度水解装置投产及运行情况。实际运行结果表明:装置处理能力25 m3/h,吨工艺冷凝液蒸汽耗≤300 kg,水解后废液中含氨和尿素质量分数均≤5×10-6,回收的NH3和CO2全部返回尿素装置的中压系统,吨尿素氨耗下降10~15 kg,收到了较好的节能减排效果。
A brief account is given of the commissioning and operation of the vertical sieve plate depth hydrolyzer for urea process condensate. The actual operation results show that the throughput of the unit is 25 m^3/h, steam consumption for a ton of process condensate is ≤300 kg, the effluent after hydrolysis contains ≤5 × 10^-6 mass fraction of both ammonia and urea, the recovered NH3 and CO2 are all returned to the medium pressure system of the urea unit, the ammonia consumption for a ton of urea decreases by 10 -15 kg, and good energy saving and discharge reduction results are obtained.
