校友档案系统是以JSP为开发平台,以中文Access 2000做后台数据库,基于信息交流需求而设计开发出的在线服务系统,主要功能模块包括用户注册、用户登录、信息的发布以及查找校友.系统界面友好,使用方便为校友间的信息交流和知识的传播提供了很大的方便.主要描述了校友档案系统系统的设计方法和实现过程,阐述了系统的需求分析、概要设计、数据库设计以及实现步骤,重点论述了系统的详细设计和实现过程方面.

The alumni archive system is an on-line service system, which takes JSP as a development platform, Chinese access 2000 as background database to meet the demand of information exchange. The main function modules include user registration, user login, information release and alumni searching The system interface is friendly and easy to use, which is convenient for the exchange of information between the alumni and the dissemination of knowledge. This paper mainly describes the design method and the realization process of the alumni archive system, elaborated the demand analysis, outline design, data-base design and implementation steps of the system.
