摘要
济钢1~3#16.5万m3稀油密封干式柜、燃电系统煤压机等设备的煤气冷凝水中含有部分浮油,油水混合体需抽送至油水分离池进行油水分离。由于原油水分离池处理后的水含油量仍过高,为此组织了现场攻关小组,通过论证、设计,改变油水分离池结构,提高油水分离池自身的油水分离效果,并引进美国浮油回收技术,应用于油水分离池,实现快速有效地回收浮油。
Floating oil existing in gas condensed water of Jigang's 1-3# 165 000 m3 dry gas-holders and the affiliated equipments such as compressors needs to be recovered by being pumped into oil -water separation pool. Since the oil content of the water is too high after being disposed in the pool, the company organizes the technological team to solve the problem. Through introducing floating oil recovery technology of the U.S.A. and changing the structure of oil -water separation pool we can improve the separation effect.
