摘要
教学交互是促进师生沟通、保证学习效果的有效途径。个性交互是网络环境下教学交互的重要组成部分,它包括了个性化学习诊断、个性化交互和个性化学习帮助三个环节。个性交互的范围既包括学习者与学习资源的交互,还包括了教师与学习资源的交互。教师与学习资源的交互是学习者与教学资源交互的前提,也是实现教学目标的重要基础。为了提升个性交互的效果,教师应该在教育观念、角色转变、信息素养等方面进行自我完善与提升。
Interactive teaching is the effective way to promote the communication between teachers and students, and ensure the effect of studying. Personalized interaction under network environment is the important part of teaching interaction, including three links: personalized learning diagnosis, personalized interaction and personalized learning help. The range of personalized interaction includes both the interaction of learners and learning resources, also the interaction of teachers and learning resources. The interaction of teachers and learning resources is the prerequisite of the interaction of learners and teaching resources, abd also is the important foundation of realizing teaching objectives. In order to enhance the effect of personalized interaction, teachers should make the self - improvement t ira the education idea, role change, information literacy and other aspects.
