摘要
以山西大学商务学院(以下简称"我院")为例,对原图书馆员工考核体系存在的问题进行了分析,指出它的不足之处,进而以我院图书馆的实际情况为切入点,重新设计了图书馆员工考核体系,对原考核指标设置不科学、没有建立考核反馈机制、考核没有与激励功能挂钩等问题进行了解决,力图为图书馆员工考核探索一条新路子。
Taking Business college of Shanxi University for example, this article analyses the existing problems of the original library staff assessing system and points out its shortcomings. Taking the library actual situation of our college as the starting point, we redesign the library staff assessing system, and solve some problems, such as the original assessing index set is not scientific, the assessing feedback mechanism is not established, and assessment is not linked to incentive function, in order to explore a new way for the library staff assessment.
