摘要
组织健康可以分为财务成功、员工健康、环境和谐三个维度。目前,这一领域的研究较为零散,且欠缺完整的研究框架。积极心理学的兴起为组织健康研究提供了一个可行的综合视角,它包括积极的情绪和体验,积极的个性特征,积极的社会组织机构建设三大研究层面,从而对应组织健康的三个维度。用积极心理学的基本理念贯穿组织健康的研究,并利用其已有研究成果,从而构建组织健康的综合性研究框架。
Current studies address organization health from three interlinked dimensions,that is financial success,employee's health and environmental harmony.However,the overall research results are sporadic and inconsistent due to the absentness of an integrated framework.The emergence of positive psychology provides a practical framework for organization health study.Of the three levels of positive psychology,the subjective level includes the study of positive experiences,the individual level aims to identify the positive personal qualities and the group or community level emphasizes on civic virtues,social responsibilities,nurturance,altruism,civility,tolerance,work ethics,positive institutions and other institutional factors.These three levels encompass three dimensions of organization health.A integrated framework is then proposed in this paper.
