摘要
培养创新型人才是当前中国各大高校的重要任务之一。通过选取了创新意识、创新人格、创新能力和智力4个主指标并进行细分和量化,利用层次分析法构建创新型人才指标评价体系模型得到12个细分指标的重要性优先级关系。该评价体系的研究对高校实施创新型人才培养工作具有重要的指导意义。
The cultivation of innovative talents is among the important tasks of China's major universities. As the major indexes, consciousness, creative personality, innovation ability and intelligence are chosen to be subdivided and to be quantified in this paper. By using an analytic hierarchy process, the establishment of the model of innovative talents in the evaluation system is given the priority to its importance shown in 12 sub-indexes. This system has the important guiding significance in the research of implementing the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
