在校护生健商理念认知的调查研究

Investigation research of cognition state of nursing student on campus toward health quotient concept

目的:通过调查在校护生对健康商数的认知、态度及其运用情况,探讨其影响因素,以进一步提高护生的健商状况。方法:随机抽取我校2009级护理系在校护生50名,采用由香港理工大学护理学院研究和设计的"年轻人健康商数测试问卷"进行调查及面对访谈。结果:在校护生整体健商认知水平较低,健商问卷的5个部分中,除人际交往情况比较理想外,其余4个部分包括自我认知、心理问题处理、生活方式、生理健康都存在不同程度的知识缺乏。结论:对于健康商数绝大多数护生只有模糊的概念,不能全面地了解健商的相关内涵,表明我校护生在健商理念各方面都存在不同程度的知识缺乏。因此,护生自身、学校及其他社会机构应当培养和加强护生健康教育及健商意识,帮助其获得有利于身心健康的基本知识和方法,树立"健康第一"的观念,养成健康学习、生活的习惯并逐步提高护生健商水平。

Objective：To improve the status of the nursing students＇ health quotient,through the investigation of cognition,attitude and application status of health quotient. Methods ：50 nursing students of Grade 2009 were investigated by health quotient questionnaire and face to face communication. Results ：The health quotient of nursing students was low, among five items four of them including self - cognition, dispose of mental problem, life style, psychological health indicating a lack of knowledge to a different degrees, except one item,interpersonal association. Conclusion：most of the nursing student only maintains a vague idea of quotient concept without through thorough understanding of its essence. This indicate the nursing student of our school was lack of knowledge regarding the quotient concept as well as the corresponding pattern of dispose to a different degrees therefore, nursing student themselves, school and other so- cial institutions should cultivate and strengthen nursing students＇ healthy education and the quotient concept to help them to gain the basic knowledge and method which is beneficial for their health,to establish the concept of health comes first,to develop a healthy habit of studying and living as well as to im- prove the standard of quotient concept of nursing student gradually.
