摘要
目的:探讨结构化临床能力测试(OSCE)在新入职护理人员静脉留置针穿刺技能培训与考核中的应用和效果。方法:通过静脉留置针输液操作规范化培训,对76名应届毕业生进行客观结构化临床能力测试。制定21项技能评核内容,三项评估标准(通过,指正后通过,不通过)结果:其各项评估内容首次通过率60.53%~100%,指正后通过率100%。结论:静脉留置针操作应用OSCE培训和评估模式,是新入职应届毕业生静脉留置针操作技能提升的有效工具。
Objective:To discuss the application efficiency of objective structured assessment for newly joined nursing staff. Methods : Conducted objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in retention cannula insertion training and clinical examination to 76 fresh graduates after they completed skill train- ing on IV infusion via retention cannula. And established assessment contents for 21 skills and 3 assessment grades (pass, pass after correction, fail). The passing rate after first assessment on each skill was 60.53 % - 100%, with passing rate 100% after correction. Results:OSCE teaching and assessment of retention cannula insertion is an effective tool to improve fresh gradated new nursing staff' s manipulative skill on retention cannula inserting.
