切开复位内固定治疗桡骨头粉碎性骨折

Preliminary report of the treat ment of comminuted fracture of radial head using internal fixations

目的总结切开复位内固定治疗桡骨头粉碎性骨折的临床疗效观察。方法对2006年6月~2010年6月收治的25例桡骨头粉碎性骨折采用切开复位内固定治疗。结果术后未见桡神经损伤、腕部畸形等并发症。术后患者均获随访,随访时间10~36个月,平均（25±1）26个月。肘关节功能根据Broberg和Morrey评分标准进行评分,优14例,良7例,可2例,差2例,优良率84%。结论切开复位内固定治疗桡骨头粉碎性骨折可获得良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate opening-diaplasis internal fixation in the comminuted fracture of radial head.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from Jun 2006 to Jun 2010,25 cases of comminuted fracture of radial head,treatment by surgery with opening-diaplasis internal fixations.Result All patients were followed by Broberg and Morrey score postoperative functional evaluation system,the group of 25 cases of fracture,gifted 14 cases,good in 7cases,excellent rate was 84%.Conclusion Open internal fixation for the treat ment of comminuted fracture of radial head is an effective method.
