桐庐县区乡卫生院护理质量控制现状与对策

Status on nursing quality control of township hospitals in Tonglu and strategies

目的了解桐庐县区乡卫生院的护理质量控制现状。方法调查内容包括13家区乡卫生院人力资源现状、护理质量管理现状、护理人员护理理论知识及操作技能水平。结果调查显示,护理人员配置不合理、人数不足、学历偏低;护理人员业务水平差,护理理论知识及操作技能合格率分别为73.1%、71.4%;护理质量管理欠缺,基础护理、护理文书书写、消毒隔离、急救物品、健康教育的检查合格率分别为78.6%、75.0%、80.0%、80.0%、78.5%。结论 13家区乡卫生院的护理质量控制普遍较差,必须落实护理质量管理改进措施。

Objective To study the status on nursing quality control of township hospitals in Tonglu. Method Investigate the status of human resources,management status of nursing quality,nurses＇ level of theoretical knowledge and operating skills in 13 township hospitals. Result The result shows unreasonable allocation of human resources,inadequate staff and low education level.The qualified rates of nursing theoretical knowledge and operating skills are 73.1% and 71.4% respectively,which shows a poor professional level of nursing staff.The qualified rates of basic nursing,nursing records,disinfection and isolation,emergence articles and health education are 78.6%,75.0%,80.0%,80.0% and 78.5% respectively,which shows a deficiency in nursing quality management. Conclusion The general status of nursing quality control of 13 township hospitals is poor and needs improvement measures on nursing quality management.
