摘要
分析了白云石质金尾矿的化学成分、物相和可塑性等,利用高钙高镁低硅的金尾矿采用挤出成型制备烧结砖,并利用差热分析和X射线衍射对其烧结机理进行了研究。结果表明,利用该金尾矿作为单一原料,采用挤出成型方法可以制备出抗压强度超过30 MPa的烧结砖。
In this paper, chemical compositions,phase,and plasticity of dolomitic gold deposit tailings have been analyzed. The sintered bricks have been produced by only using gold tailings of high calcium,high magnesium and low silica with extruding pro- cess. Sintering mechanism of the gold tailings sintered bricks was studied by differential thermal analysis and XRD. Studies show that gold tailings as single raw material,is suitable for preparation of sintered brick,whose compressive strength is more than 30 MPa.
