摘要 介绍了粉煤灰代替页岩或黏土烧结陶粒在建筑材料方面的发展及应用,及其不同制备工艺存在的优越性和局限性。分析了制取砌块的工艺以及影响砌块性能的因素。针对粉煤灰陶粒保温砌块在材料强度和保温性能方面存在的兼容性问题,提出了一些建议。 In this paper, the development and application of fly-ash instead of clay and shale to sinter ceramsite was intro- duced,as well as the advantages and limitations of different productive technologies. The productive technology of the block and its performance influencing factors were also analyzed. Aimed at the compatibility problem in the performance of the material strength and thermal insulation,the proposal was presented at last.
