单核金属硫配合物前驱体热解制备纳米金属硫化物

Preparation of Nanocrystalline Metal Sulfides from Thermal Decomposition of Mononuclear Metal Thiolate Complexes as Single-source Precursors

摘要 采用一锅热分解法以及高低温交互热分解法对6种金属硫化物单源前驱体热分解制备纳米金属硫化物(记作"NMS"),并对制备方法进行比较研究。XRD和SEM分析结果表明高低温交互热分解法所得的样品不仅纳米颗粒小并且均为单晶体,是化学湿法制备纳米金属硫化物的最佳方案之一。 Six kinds of nanocrystalline metal sulfides (NMS) was prepared via different metal-thiolate complexes as single-source precursors under two kinds of thermal decomposition methods, one-pot thermal decomposition and the vaving temperature interaction thermal decomposition. The results of XRD and SEM show that the nanocrystalline samples prepared by vaving temperature interaction thermal decomposition not only are small in size of nanoparticles, but also all of them are single crystal, which proves to be one of the best approachs for preparation ofnanocrystalline metal sulfides.
