Catalytic Synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate with SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-La_2O_3 Solid Acid

摘要 采用低温(-15℃)陈化法制备SO24-/TiO2-La2O3稀土掺杂固体酸(STL),用于催化合成乙酸正丁酯,研究醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明:当n(正丁醇):n(乙酸)=1.5:1,反应时间为2 h,催化剂用量占反应物总质量的1.4%时,乙酸正丁酯的酯化率可达99.5%。 La2O3 doped SO42-/TiO2 (STL) solid acid were prepared and aged at low temperature(-15 ℃ ), which were used as catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl acetate. Effects of the molar ratios of n-butanol to acetic acid, the reaction time and the amount of catalyst on the catalytic performance were investigated. Results indicat that the reaction conditions of n-butyl acetate reached 99.5% are as follows: the molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid is 1.5:1, the reaction time is 2 h, the amount of STL catalyst is 1.4% of total mass of reactants.
