摘要
目的对树莓的脂溶性成分进行研究。方法冷浸法提取树莓中脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其化学成分。结果在树莓中分离鉴定出9个化合物,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的99.99%。结论树莓脂溶性成分主要为酯类(58%),其次为脂肪酸类(27.65%)。
Objective To analyze the fat-soluble components of raspberry.Methods The fat-soluble component was extracted by cold-soak extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze thethese components.Results 9 compounds were identified,amounting to 99.99%.Conclusions The esters were the main components,amounting to 58% of the total,followed by fatty acids accounting for 27.65%.
