1例原发性骨质疏松患者使用唑来膦酸的用药分析

摘要 1病例介绍患者,女,61岁,2012年3月28日因腰痛半年、左髋关节疼痛1月余入院。于2012年2月9日到本科住院,经骨密度等相关检查诊断为：（1）骨质疏松症;（2）左侧股骨头坏死。给阿伦膦酸钠10mg,1次/周,口服,碳酸钙维生素D30.6g,2次/d,口服补钙,骨化三醇胶囊0.25μg,2次/d,口服改善骨代谢。治疗后,症状有所缓解。入院诊断为：（1）重度骨质疏松症;（2）左股骨头坏死;（3）陈旧性脑梗死。今为定期抗骨质疏松治疗,门诊以骨质疏松症收入本科。1998年因子宫肌瘤行子宫次全切术;有腔隙性脑梗死史9年;半年前曾患亚甲炎,经口服强的松治疗后缓解;否认肝炎、结核、伤寒等急慢性传染病病史。
