摘要
为了研究三峡水利工程主要淹没区万县市段的自然疫源性疾病的分布情况 ,我们对该地区的所有自然疫源性疾病和动物宿主进行了流行病学调查。结果表明 ,该地区有 8种自然疫源性疾病 ;在八十年代 ,鼠平均密度为 9 86 % ,并在鼠体中分离出钩端螺旋体和流行性出血热抗原 ;库区自然疫源地分布十分广泛 ,而该地区人群缺乏对相应疾病的保护能力。这些表明自然疫源性疾病对库区人群构成的威胁是明显的。
In order to explore status of distribution and focus of naural focal diseases in the mainly flooding area of three gorges project,all kinds of natural focal disease and host animals in Wanxian city were surveyed by epidemiological methold The results showed that the were eight kinds of natural focal disease in this area In 1980’s,the average prevalence of rat reached 9 86%,and leptospira and epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus were spearated from rat’s body These natural focal diseases were widely distributed in this area,but the crowd lacked corresponding protective ability against those disease It is suggested that the threat of natural focal disease to the crowd in this area is obvious
