摘要
采用SCL - 90症状自评量表调查科技人员 30 0名 ,结果 9组症候群与正常对照均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,尤以人际关系敏感这一症候群最为显著 ,表明科技人员存在着不同程度的心理卫生问题 ,不良的人际关系是其中最主要的原因。各年龄组与正常对照组比较 ,人际关系因子在每个年龄组均显著低于对照组 ,以 18— 2 9岁组最为明显 ;偏执因子在 40— 49岁组与正常对照有非常显著的差异。
A self-report symptom inventory, Symptom Check-List 90(SCL-90),was adopted to investigate 300 scientific and technical personnel. There were significant differences between bine symptom groups, especially the interpersonal sensitivity, and the normal control group. This result shows that the scientific and technical personnel may be the most improtant reason. Interpersonal relationship elements were much lower in all age groups of the scientific and technical personnel and this was most notable in the age group of 18—29 years. There was significant difference in paranoic ideation between the age group of 40—49 years and the normal group.
