多元文化经验对创造性问题解决的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在全球化飞速发展的今天,社会竞争日益激烈,这对创造型人才提出了需求。而创新性人才的培养,需要改变僵化的传统教育方式。如今认知研究中,也有研究者在多元文化对创造性的作用的研究取得了进展。本文从创造力的培养途径出发,以科学发明创造问题和字谜为实验材料,通过操纵自变量:有无学习多元文化经验相关材料(分为阅读了多元文化材料和无阅读多元文化材料),研究其在解决创造性问题时的差异。我们认为:多元文化经验对创造性问题的解决有一定的影响,而且女生创造性问题解决能力要高于男生。
