The outpatient service characteristics in North Jiangsu Hospital are to provide the patient with multichannel time-sharing appointment booking in accordance with departments of specialty and experts. Since the practice of the individualized appointment booking, the amount of the appointment booking has increased remarkably, medical environment has been improved and the satisfaction degree from the patient been raised in the hospital.
