医保拒付费用产生的原因及对策

Discussion of the Reasons for Expenses Caused by Medical Insurance Protest and the Countermeasures

随着医疗保险政策的逐步深入与推广,相继产生了医疗保险拒付费用问题。从供(医院)、保(医保中心)、患(患者)三方具体分析其产生原因,提出齐心协力加强医保管理;三方协同,降低医保拒付的数额,从作为医疗保险改革载体的医院、医保中心以及参保患者三方提出具体的解决对策及办法。

With the gradual deepening and popularization of medical insurance policies, the problems of expense refusal of medical insurance appeared. The authors analyzed specifically the reasons from the three parties ： supplying party （hospitals）, insuring party （center of medical insurance） and patients （with medical insurance） and suggested to make concentrated efforts to enhance medical insurance management. The three parties should join together to decrease the quota of medical insurance refusal and make concrete countermeasures.
