中日高等职业教育制度比较研究

A Comparative Study of Higher Vocational Education Systems between China and Japan

高等职业教育已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但是,在高考人数逐年减少的情况下,我国高等职业教育的发展面临着很大的困难。要想进一步推进我国高职教育的发展,首先需要在制度方面加以完善。通过比较研究我们发现,日本的高等职业教育由于采取了比较灵活的办学制度,得以在竞争激烈的市场中占据优势并获得发展,值得中国的高职院校加以借鉴。

Higher vocational education has become the important composing part of higher education in our country.However,under the situation of gradual decreasing for the number of college entrance examination,the development of higher vocational education in our country faces great difficulty.In order to further promote the development of higher vocational education in our country,firstly it should perfect system.Through comparative study,because of adopting flexible running system,higher vocational education in Japan holds a dominant position and achieves development in fierce market competition,which is worth of using for reference by Chinese higher vocational colleges.
