With the rapid financial development,The financial college should be suit for the new requirement of the financial development.The main methods of improving the competition of the college is to build the financial class professional group.As for strengthening the construction of the financial class professional group,the financial college should reform form different hands,such as： training the students＇ quality,training the creative talents,reforming courses system and compilation and teaching materials.
