摘要
就业指导课程在学生就业过程中确实起到了很大的推动作用,但还存在一些问题,如课时少、教学方式单一、任课教师不够专业化等问题。因而,应有针对性地采取措施:明确教学目标,用短时间培养学生的就业能力,克服课时少的特点;成立咨询中心,随时为同学提供一对一的就业心理指导;采取多种教学方法,使课堂气氛活起来;加强就业指导队伍的建设,增加专职教师。
Employment guidance curriculum plays the driving role in the process of students' employment. However there exist certain problems, such as the lack of class hours, the single of teaching form, and the lack of professionalism for teachers. Therefore, it should adopt measures accordingly. It should define teaching goal, and cultivate students' employment ability in short time. It should overcome the characteristic of few class hours, and set up consulting center to provide students with one-to-one employment psychological guidance. It should adopt various teaching methods to animate classroom atmosphere. It should strengthen the construction of employment guidance staff and increase full-time teachers.
