思想政治工作在高职院校中处于重要地位。当前制约高等职业院校思想政治工作有效开展的因素不少,要解决这些问题,必须探索和实施全员参与人人育人、全过程统筹设计高效育人、全方位科学安排更好育人的大思政工作机制。

Ideological and political work plays an important role in higher vocational colleges.At present there are many factors to restrict the effective development of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.In order to solve these problems,it should explore and implement college students＇ ideological and political work mechanism by the whole people＇s participation for education,the whole process＇ design for effective education and the whole orientation＇s scientific arrangement for better education.
