高职大学生就业指导工作模式创新研究

The Innovative Study on the Mode of Employment Guidance Work for Higher Vocational Students

随着社会的发展,高职大学生就业形势日益严峻,加之目前我国各高职院校就业指导工作普遍存在一定弊端,如何创新高职大学生就业指导工作模式迫在眉睫。结合高职院校就业指导工作的实际情况,提出了高职大学生就业指导工作模式创新的设想,为大学生就业指导工作提供理论借鉴和参考。

With the development of society the employment situation for higher vocational students becomes more and more serious.Furthermore,there exist certain disadvantages of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges of our country at present.It is very urgent to innovate in higher vocational students＇ employment guidance work mode.Combining the actual condition of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the assumption on the innovation of higher vocational students＇ employment guidance work mode,and provides theory reference for students＇ employment guidance work.
