高职学生就业心理的调查研究与工作思考

为真实、准确、全面地掌握高职学生就业心理状态,通过问卷调查,了解了学生的择业心理活动状态,并分析了影响高职学生就业的相关因素。针对高职毕业生的就业心理问题,有的放矢提出方法对策,帮助学生走出择业的心理误区,摆脱不良心理的困扰,客观认识评价自己,树立正确的就业观和健康的择业心理。

In order to grasp higher vocational students＇ employment psychology effectively,accurately and comprehensively,this paper understands students＇ psychological condition for choosing employment,and analyzes the related factors influencing higher vocational students＇ employment through questionnaires.According to the problem of higher vocational graduates＇ employment psychology,it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to help students get out of psychological misunderstanding of employment,and get rid of the obsession of unhealthy psychology.It can objectively understand and evaluate students and establish correct employment view and healthy employment psychology.
