摘要
目的 探讨脊髓型颈椎病上运动神经元损伤时受累骨骼肌形态与酶组织化学变化。方法 脊髓型颈椎病病人和对照组均取胫骨前肌标本做冰冻切片 ,HE、琥珀酸脱氢酶 (sucinate dehydrogenase,SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶 (lactatedehydrogenase,L DH)和三磷酸腺苷酶 (adenosine triphosphatase,ATPase)染色 ,对肌纤维做纤维分型 ,用计算机图像分析系统测量肌纤维形态及酶染色光密度。结果 脊髓型颈椎病病人胫骨前肌 型纤维横断面积、周长、直径均大于 型纤维 ,出现 型纤维肌型群 ,ATPase活性降低 ,SDH和 L DH活性升高。结论 颈椎病等疾患致脊髓慢性损伤、上运动神经元瘫痪时 。
Objective To assist the diagnosis of the chronic lesion of the spinal cord with the skeletal musule histochemistry.Method The muscle specimens were sectioned and stained with HE,succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATP ase ).The morphometry and the activity of the muscle fibers were determined by computed imagine system.Result The fibers of type Ⅱ were hypertrophy and the activities of SDH and LDH decreased in the patients.Conclusion Probing the acivities of ATP ase ,SDH and the LDH of the affected muscles could confirm the diagnosis of upper motor neuron lesions. [
